Quick guide on old data and what to expect from your Northbeam dashboard
Yes and no. There are certain things that we ingest, including revenue and ad spend. However, the majority of the data we work with comes from our own, proprietary, first-party tracking. This tracking (first party data collection) starts as you activate your Northbeam dashboard.
We use first party data to build and define customer journeys. Once we have a robust understanding of the customer, we can deploy accrual accounting and articulate which touchpoints are driving what dollars.
✏️ NOTE: It may take some time for Northbeam to gather data and train our models - we typically need a few weeks/few months to refine our accuracy and deploy forecasts.
