How do I prepare for a Data Review?

To get the most out of your data review and ensure that your experience is fully personalized based on your brand’s campaign strategies, we believe clients should continue with the upkeep of their platform by:

  1. Addressing any maintenance alerts and informing us about any problems you weren’t able to troubleshoot on your own 
  2. Update and add your UTMs to allow us to monitor and track granularity
  3. Organize campaigns with traffic source label so you can effectively identify campaigns

Data Review Best Practices

  • We suggest having at least 1-3 questions or things you'd like to achieve ahead of the meeting of things you'd like to discuss or review.
  • Be prepared to share a full download on the marketing campaigns or promotions you're running with the media buyer. Share as much information you can at the start of the data review.
  • Let the media buyer know of any Saved Views or Custom Labels you prefer to use on your Northbeam dashboard.
