      What if I am not on Shopify?

      Do not fear! We can support you even if you're not on Shopify. The process will be just a little different.

      If you are not on Shopify (BigCommerce, Custom, etc) we need to use both our Server API and Pixel API to track your business. 

      1. The Pixel API (firePurchaseEvent) is required for all customers that don't use Shopify checkout. Follow these steps to set up the Northbeam Pixel if you are not on Shopify.
      2. The Server API is required for all customers that don't use the Shopify Orders Table. Follow these steps to integrate or backfill your Orders Table if you are not on Shopify.

      We need to match customers (client-side) to orders (server-side). We require matching Customer IDs and Order IDs to be passed by both systems.
