Are my subscription orders being tracked?

Many Northbeam customers are subscription-based and track growth using subscription metrics, such as subscription orders, or cost per 1st-time subscription.

As long as you complete the general Northbeam onboarding (pixels, DNS), subscriptions should be tracked properly.

(If your Recharge checkout takes place on checkout.recharge.com or any subdomain, this usually means you’re using the legacy version.)

The main consideration is order tags. Order tags are the main way of distinguishing which orders are subscriptions, as well as first-time or returning subscriptions. To learn more about subscription tags, see our Order Tags article, under “Use Case 2”
