Can Northbeam support multiple Shopify stores?

Northbeam can support multiple Shopify stores if the accounts all fall under the same root domain

Please reach out to our Customer Success team by using this form to submit an inquiry and include your Shopify account information (ID and API keys) to merge your accounts. A team member will help assist in getting this updated in your dashboard. 

✏️ NOTE: Please note that although we can support multiple accounts we cannot discern revenue coming from distinct storefronts. All revenue/transactions will be pooled into one, consolidated orders table.

If you want to connect an additional store:

  1. Sign into the new Shopify store
  2. Create a private key
  3. Provide the Northbeam Customer Success team with access to the key
  4. Send over the credentials (Admin API access token, API key, Shopify domain)
