How do I add an additional Northbeam account manager?
Northbeam does not put a limit on the number of users in your account
If you would like to invite a user, or Account Manager, to have access to your Northbeam dashboard
- Log in to your Northbeam dashboard
- Navigate to the left panel and click Settings at the bottom of the panel
- Under Account Settings, select Account Managers
- The user should receive an access link via email.
- If the user does not receive an email, please check the spam folder. If they still do not receive an email, they can generate a password through the password reset flow accessed via https://dashboard.northbeam.io
