To get started, you'll be sent an email outlining the specific needs ahead of your kickoff. We kindly request you and your team come prepared to follow the outlined instructions and ask any questions. Here is the outline of your onboarding process: 

  1. Review Basic Information including reviewing learning resources, knowledge base, and Northbeam status page
  2. Setting up all your conversion trackers including the pixel, DNS, app integrations, and more.
  3. Append UTMS for ad tracking
  4. Reviewing your account & billing
  5. Answering your questions
