How do I view new vs. returning data?

The new vs. returning reporting helps you determine when and how to engage audience segments

Throughout the Northbeam dashboard, you'll have plenty of metric options that are segmented by new versus returning.

  1. Login to your Northbeam dashboard
  2. Navigate to and click on the Sales Tab on the left panel
  3. Click on the Customize button and select from the new versus returning metrics on the menu. 

✏️ NOTE: Please note we define a Returning customer here as someone who has already repurchased (repeat customer).
