Follow these 5 tracking principles to master order tracking with Northbeam.

In order to properly track and attribute your orders, Northbeam requires the below:

Follow these 5 tracking principles:

  1. Landing page is on the domain connected to your dashboard*
  2. Landing page has the Northbeam Pixel* placed
  3. Checkout page is on the domain connected to your dashboard
  4. Checkout page has a Purchase Pixel
  5. UTM parameters are in use on all active ads

*The exception is Whitelisted Ads

Tracking ads from Northbeam integrations

  • To see a list of Northbeam integrations via the Onboarding Flow, select Integrations on the left panel:

  • To see a list of Northbeam integrations via your Northbeam dashboard, navigate to Settings and click Connections under Onboarding Tasks:

Reference the 5 tracking principles to effectively track from these platforms. 

Also, ensure the following: 

  • The correct ad account is connected without any errors
  • “NB” parameters are on all active ads (found on UTM guide)
