Where do I find Subscription Analytics in my Northbeam dashboard?
- Log in to your Northbeam dashboard
- Click on the Sales Tab on the left panel
- You can find a new metric category on the Sales and Marketing Page, click one of the Customize button, and select from Subscription metrics
- On the Sales and Marketing Page, you can also see subscription revenue and transactions in Cash Snapshot accounting mode by toggling at the top menu
- Also on the Orders Page, you will be able to segment subscription orders in the orders table by First time, Recurring, and Non-Subscription
What Saved Views are available for Subscription Analytics in my Northbeam dashboard?
- Log in to your Northbeam dashboard
- Click on the Sales Tab on the left panel
- Click on the dropdown menu at the top of the page
- You will find two Saved Views exclusively for Subscriptions: Subscriptions: Accrual and Subscriptions: Cash
